Order Tracking

  • Once your shipping label is created, tracking information will be emailed to you. You can also lookup your order tracking on our Tracking Page.
  • Please wait 24 hours for the tracking to begin updating. The tracking will only begin to update once the package has been picked up from the warehouse.
  • On some occasions, the package will miss the first pick-up scan and will only receive the next scan at the first warehouse. 
  • If you have not received any tracking updates within 24 hours of receiving your tracking information, please contact our Support Team.

Order Processing Times

We understand how precious time is for a mother.

  • Orders placed M-F before 1 PM PST are shipped out the same day
  • On weekends and public holidays, we take a small break to rejuvenate, ensuring that your orders are handled with fresh energy on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Orders Under $50: For orders less than $30, we entrust the delivery to USPS. This is our way of ensuring a reliable and cost-effective way to bring our products into your home.
  • Orders $50 and Up: For orders of $50 or more, we offer FedEx 2-Day shipping. We want to make sure these special packages reach you swiftly, allowing you to enjoy your Raising Mama products without any delay.
  • Multiple Orders: For cost efficiency, if you placed more than one order to the same address in one day, we may combine them and ship via one tracking number.
  • Digital Downloads: All digital downloads are available directly after purchase and will either be downloadable directly from the order confirmation page or be emailed to you within a few minutes. Make sure to check your Spam folder first before reaching out to our RM Support team if you haven’t received it.
  • Additional Shipping Methods: FedEx Overnight, Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS First Class and Priority are available for a speedier delivery or due to carrier preference. Please note that Fedex Overnight and FedEx and UPS Ground are not included as free shipping options unless you are located in Southern California.
  • Southern California Customers: Since we ship out of Oxnard, CA, these orders will typically arrive next day due to proximity to our warehouse.

P.O. Boxes, US Territories, APO Addresses:

We understand the importance of reaching all our customers, regardless of their location. UPS and FedEx are not able to deliver to P.O. Box locations.

For orders shipping to the following addresses, we use USPS Priority shipping.

  • P.O. Boxes
  • US territories (including Puerto Rico)
  • APO addresses
