4. Send It Back: Ship it within 7 days after you tell us you want to return it.

Your item should be in new condition, unworn, and with all tags.

Pack items carefully so they don’t get damaged on the way back.

Refunds:

Once we get the item and check it, we’ll refund your money the same way you paid.

It takes about 5-7 days for us to process returns. After we process your refund, your bank might take an extra 2-3 days to show the refund in your account.

Exceptions:
