Return Time Frame:

  • You have 30 days from the order date to initiate a return.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the return being initiated.

Initiating a Return:

  • Contact Customer Service: Please us our Support Page to contact us. Include the reason for your return. Your feedback is important to us and helps in improving our products and services.
  • Return Label: Upon processing your return request, we will email you a return label. Please ensure that the item(s) are packed securely in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  • For warranty requests, please visit our Warranty Information.


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Returns can take 5-7 days to be processed after the returned item is received.
  • For credit card refunds, banks require 2-3 business days after we’ve sent the refund on our end for the funds to transfer back into your account.
  • Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the return processing time. 


  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Products purchased during specific clearance sales and promotions. Product descriptions will be updated to reflect that there are zero returns accepted on these products.


  • If you wish to exchange an item, we request that you process a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you desire. This ensures a faster turnaround time and that you receive your new item promptly.
