1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from when you bought it to start a return.

2. Contact Us: Go to our Support Page and tell us why you want to return the item. We really appreciate your feedback.

3. Return Label: We’ll send you a label by email. Make sure the item is just like when you got it (unworn and with tags) and pack it up well.

4. Send It Back: Ship it within 7 days after you tell us you want to return it.

Remember:

Your item should be in new condition, unworn, and with all tags.

Pack items carefully so they don’t get damaged on the way back.

Refunds:

Once we get the item and check it, we’ll refund your money the same way you paid.

It takes about 5-7 days for us to process returns. After we process your refund, your bank might take an extra 2-3 days to show the refund in your account.

Exceptions:
